Hi my name is Allen Fang and I am a freshman majoring in Mechanical Engineering. I’m a triplet (with an older sister), born in the Queens, so there’s me, my brother Andrew and my sister Anne. My parents and older sister are from China and we speak a dialect thats not very known called ningbonese, which isn’t the actual name for it but its where the dialect was from (the region Ningbo). I was very little when this happened so I never remembered what happened but when I was very young, I had crawled or walked to like this drawer/stand that had the TV on top of it and I had somehow knocked the TV over, but the thing is that it landed right on top of me. My grandparents were taking care of us so when this happened they had panicked and ran outside for help, and apparently a man in a car stopped to help and had drivven me to the hospital. I forgot how long I was in there for, but now I have a fractured temperal lobe and a scar to show it :). Anyways, I like to do a lot of things such as playing basketball, biking to Fort Totten to see the sunset and biking along the highway, to hiking in cold spring, Acadia and Yosemite and a lot fo other places. I travel about once a year, and I just came back from a trip at portugal for a week, which was fun to see the architecture and eat a lot of food. Which leads me to say that I like to eat and try a lot of different type of foods when I can, also the sardhins and other canned fish are really good at portugal…I think i had like 12 cans of it within like 5 days. I also enjoy watching a lot of movies like Chef, Me Before You, Insidious (do not ever let a 5 yr old watch this), and other movies I cant remember right now. I struggle with grammar, ponctuation and sometimes clarity in my writing. I’m also reading a few books right now, Crying Laughing, and Flowers For Algernon, but I have very little motivation to finish them.
